Dr. Virgil Mongalo • Course DirectorMaintains private practice in South Florida since 1991 focusing his efforts on computer guided surgeries and restorations of dental implants. He is actively lecturing in North America, Canada, Nicaragua, Venezuela, Mexico, Colombia and Brazil. Past teaching appointments include associate Professor of implant prosthodontics at the University of Florida,co-chairman at Robert Morgan Institute two year implant training program, chairman of Department of Implantology at Nicaraguan Catholic University. Present Director of Live Implant training courses and professor of implant dentistry at North Atlantic Research Clinic. . |

Dr. Henry “Butch” W. Ferguson • Oral and Maxillofacial SurgeonAfter retiring from active duty at the rank of Colonel, Dr. Ferguson joined the faculty in the department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Georgia Health Sciences University, College of Dental Medicine as an Associate Professor. He currently holds the positions of Vice Chair and Director of Post Graduate training for OMFS. He received his dental degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, and his specialty training in OMFS at the Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, Georgia. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Dental Board of Anesthesia. His special interests in oral and maxillofacial surgery are dental implants, facial reconstruction and trauma. He is currently the Chairman of Membership for the AAOMS. . |

Solon Kao • Oral and Maxillofacial SurgeonSolon Kao, D.D.S is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and also a Diplomate of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. He is currently Assistant Professor of Surgeryat the School of Medicine in Medical College of Georgia, Augusta, Georgia. Dr Kao lectures extensively at the AAMOS meetings and published articles on various Autologous Grafting Methods for Dental Implant Reconstruction. |

One year Advanced Surgical Training at Miami Implants Live 2008-2009 and four Surgical rotations in Nicaragua Catholic Hospital 2009-2010. 500 hrs. Continuing Ed In Dental Implants 2008-2011. Private practice dedicated to implant dentistry with emphasis on immediate loading of full arch cases and computer guided surgeries. |

Dr. Ravi Doctor, Advanced Cosmetic DentistDr. Doctor is a Diplomate with the American Dental Implant Association and a Master with the ICOI. He has taken numerous advanced courses in sinus lifts, bone grafts, computer-guided surgery, immediate implant placement, and implant-retained dentures. Dr. Doctor is always evolving his technique and enhancing his advanced skills by participating in over 200 hours a year of extensive continuing education programs. Dr. Doctor has trained with some of the best dentists in the world, such as Dr. Frank Spears and Dr. John Kois in Cosmetics, Dr. Thomas Basta in Occlusion, Dr. Jimmy Eubanks in Total Mouth Rehabilitation, and Dr. Stephen Buchanan and Dr. Clifford Ruddle in Endodontics. Dr. Doctor has also achieved a certification of dental implant studies with Dr. Myron Nevins with the University of Pennsylvania. |
