7 Day Intensive Surgical Training Working on Screened Patients

Since 2009 Dr Mongalo has trained over 300 USA and Canadians licensed dentists utilizing the LIVE patient approach. This new innovative teaching methodology has been received with great enthusiasm in the dental community. Since its introduction in 2009, fifteen consecutive courses have sold out and most participants return for additional courses. We are proud to have trained Beginners and graduated them into Advanced. Courses are taught 100% in English. English is the 1^st language for all Faculty members and the entire supporting staff speaks English fluently

Training Levels Based on Doctor’s Clinical Experience

Beginners are those Doctors who have placed 50 implants or less, those who have taken theoretical courses but do not feel confident surgically to perform the learned theory on their own private practices.

Type of cases for Beginners: 

• Basic implant placement in partially edentulous patients
• Learn surgical and prosthetic case treatment planning
• Learn flap designs, drilling and placement protocols

Intermediates are Doctors that have placed between 50 and 100 implants and need to expand their skills. They will perform complex cases where the bone is compromised and implant placement will be aided by ridge expansion, minor bone graft and intracrestal sinus elevation. They will work on fully edentulous patients learning to lay full arch flaps, reflecting nerves and placing full arch implants for over dentures and hybrids prosthesis.

Type of cases for Intermediates: 

• Fully edentulous implant placement in maxilla and mandible
• Learn to spread implants and maximize the A-P distance in the arch
• Minor bone grafts and ridge expansion

Advanced are clinicians with extensive experience (placed more than 100 implants) are looking to learn how to perform lateral windows sinus elevations, block grafts and full arch extraction with immediate implant placement.. Implant placement simultaneously with sinus elevation will be performed. Three sinus lifts and one block graft will be performed by every doctor in this group.

Type of cases for Advanced: 

•  Place implants in compromise ridges
• Full arch extractions with immediate implant placement

Standard Tuition

$13,500 all inclusive (except airfare)
