Session 1: Clinical Patient Treatment Planning

Each participant will bring 6 cases of their patient base and will be treatment planned.

Participants will learn head and neck anatomy, implant spacing, 3D-planning, safety zones,

drilling / insertion protocols and case classification according to bone height, width and density.

Participants will learn how to:

• Classified clinical cases based on bone morphology

• Treatment plan according to surgical and prothetic protocols

• Know the difference between simple semi complex and advance cases

• Scan patients, treatment plan cases using CT-scan data

• Use Cad cam surgical guide and perform computer guided surgeries

Session 2: Practical Hands-on Workshop

Participants will perform the following surgical procedures on anatomical models:

Single and multiple implant placement in partially edentulous sites.

Extraction, immediate implant placement and socket preservation.

Intra-crestal sinus elevation and bone augmentation.

Full arch implant placement for overdenture.

Attending doctors will learn how to:

• Elevate full mucoperiosteal flaps and perform several suturing techniques.

• Place implants using spacing rules and drill using biological protocols.

• Understand inclusion criteria for intra crestal sinus lifts.

• Maximize AP spread for over denture cases.

REGISTRATION INCLUDES

• 2 days of workshop session on anatomical models.

• 2 days of patient treatment planning ( X-rays, CT-Scan, 3D Planning).

• 32 AGD – PACE credit hours.

• Lunch during session.

• Dr. Mongalo textbook on surgical procedures.

• Loaner surgical motor, implant kit, intra-crestal kit & guided kit.
