This course was created for advanced dentists that are seeking to master the world of “ All-on-X”.

Prerequisite to taking level 3:
1) Must have completed LIT level 1 or level 2 or
2) Must submit 10 full arch cases ( photos and X-rays of surgeries and prosthetics).
Each attending doctor will operate on 3 full arches as follows:
FIRST FULL ARCH SURGERY ON PATIENT
is a free-handed surgery consisting of full arch extractions, alveoloplasty of 5-7mm for FP-3 hybrid, immediate placement of 4 to 8 blueskybio implants, selection and torquing of 0*, 17* or 35* multiunits abutments and immediate loading of a provisional acrylic prosthesis utilizing Dr. Brandon Kofford’s ingenuous smart denture conversion technique that uses separable fasteners and allows hybrid to be picked up through the intanglio side of the denture.
SECOND FULL ARCH SURGERY ON PATIENT
is a computer guided surgery utilizing Exocad and Exoplan to transform Ct-scan dicom files, segment the bone and design bone reduction surgical plus an implant placement surgical guide.
All surgeries requires full mucoperiosteal flaps. This case will also be restored following the Smart denture conversion technique.
It is important to point out that Dr. Mongalo does not teaches flapless surgeries and that this course is not an Exocad/Exoplan software training.
THIRD FULL ARCH SURGERY ON PATIENT
begins will usage of Shining 3D intraoral scanner to record dentition prior to teeth removal, opposing dentition and occlusal bite.
Two or more teeth will not be removed since they are used as digital scanning reference points at the time of extraction, implant placement, multiunit abutments and scan bodies placement.
A second intraoral scan will be taken and these two scan files will be merged using Exocad, this will result in a digital file where a designer can virtually create a digital hybrid. These images will be seen the next day on an online meeting with the designer.
This third hybrid will also be immediately loaded using Smart denture conversion.
At the end of course, the doctor will have experienced all 3 surgical modalities and will decide which approach best suits his/her needs.
