Dr. Jae W. Chang B.Sc., D.D.S., M.Sc.(GERMANY)

Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology, American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics and completed M.Sc. in the Oral Implantology in J.W.Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany with the dissertation topic of “Analyses of ISQ and Bone-to-Implant Contacts in the immediate placements in human cadaver study”.

His paper was selected for the presentation in the 3rd Congress of Master of Oral Implnatology in Germany. He was the first Canadian accepted into this program.

He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Western Ontario in London, Canada and currently a part-time teaching staff in the department of Oral Radiology at the University of Toronto.

His implant trainings includes the residency with Dr. Geroge Zarb at the University of Toronto, clinical exernship with Dr. Krach at the Montefiore Medical Center in New York to mention a few. He also served as a dental clinician in the Polyclinic in the Vancouver Olympics/Paralympics in 2010 and similar role in the Toronto Pan Am/Para Pan Am in 2015 in Toronto, Canada.

Active member of various implants associations including ICOI, AAID, AAIP, AACD, AO and ITI.

He maintains private practices in Toronto and Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
