Dual Arch, Immediate Loading on Patients

Unlike conventional All on X courses that are created for advanced doctors, the Dual Arch Immediate Loading course was created for doctors with ample experience with AOX and are needing to learn how to operate and load docks arches under 5 hours.

In order to accomplish this objective, all surgeries in patients will be supervised by board certified OMFS, experienced dual arch clinicians and restored with aid of board certified Prosthodontists and experienced restoring dentists.

These surgeries might include:

• Pterygoid implants

• Angled implants

• Intra nasal implants

• Bicortical fixation in the maxillary arch

Immediate loading prosthetic techniques might include:

• Omnibut multi-rotational MUA

• Conventional MUA including 0, 17, 30 and 45*

• Smart denture conversion

• Digital workflow combining Photogammetry, IOS and Exocad.

Each doctor will operate and also assist on 2 patients with terminal dentition who are necessitating maxillary and mandíbular full arch extractions, alveoloplasty and placement of 10-12 blue sky bio implants

DAY 1

7:30-1:00pm Operate and load top and bottom arches
1:00-1:30pm Lunch
1:30-7:00pm Assist partner operating and loading afternoon case

DAY 2

7:30-1:00pm Operate and load top and bottom arches
1:00-1:30pm Lunch
1:30-7:00pm Assist partner operating and loading afternoon case

DAY 3

Operate 1 patient in the morning needing either:
• lateral window sinus lift approach
• Lateral ridge augmentation utilizing allograft block grafts
• Ridge split and bond expansion

Afternoon session dedicated to troubleshooting complications, Q & A and case review
